2. FIM Timber Funds

Investments can be made from £30,000 in structured, managed funds.

FIM is a market leader in providing investors access to forestry assets via a fund route (unregulated collective investment schemes). This approach secures all the benefits of direct ownership, together with the economies of scale and diversification associated with larger investments.

The promotion of unregulated collective investment schemes is restricted by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (the Act).
